Right of Withdrawal (EU & Norway)

Customers in the EU and Norway have a 14‑day right of withdrawal. You may cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@stjernehjem.com or by phone at 995 27 133. We normally respond within 1–2 business days.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@stjernehjem.com with your order number.

  2. You will receive return instructions from us.

  3. Send the item back to the return address listed below.

  4. We confirm receipt and inspection.

  5. Your refund will be processed within 14 days.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Have intact packaging

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery


Return Shipping

  • For change‑of‑mind returns or right of withdrawal: the customer pays return shipping

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover return shipping

Original shipping costs are refunded when exercising the EU/Norway right of withdrawal.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

If a physical return is not required (e.g., damaged item), the refund will be processed once the case is approved.

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item shows signs of use

  • Packaging is missing

  • The item is damaged due to customer handling


Non‑Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom‑made items

  • Opened hygiene products

  • Digital items

  • Items returned without original packaging


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product first. Once the return is processed, you may place a new order.
