📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed and quality‑checked at our local address within 1–3 business days.

🚚 Delivery Times

We ship exclusively within Norway. Delivery times depend entirely on product availability:

• In stock locally: Typically 1–5 business days from the time of order to your doorstep.

• Sourced from European suppliers: Typically 8–21 business days from the time of order. This includes the supplier's shipping to our local facilities, our internal quality inspection, and the final delivery to you in Norway.

Because we source many of our unique products directly from specialized suppliers in Europe to ensure the highest quality, delivery times may vary slightly.

📍 Tracking

All orders include full tracking from the moment they are shipped from our location to your address. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is on its way.

📫 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or heavily delayed, please contact us immediately at support@stjernehjem.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either reship the items or issue a full refund if the package is confirmed lost.

🏷️ Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Reshipping fees may apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect, outdated, or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
