Stjernehjem ships all orders from Sandefjord, Norway. Orders are processed and quality‑checked within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times depend on product availability:

  • Locally stocked items: Typically 1–5 business days from the time of order to your doorstep.

  • Items sourced from European suppliers: Typically 8–21 business days from the time of order to your doorstep. This includes supplier shipping to our local address, internal quality inspection, and final delivery to you in Norway.

All orders include tracking from the moment they are shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions.


7. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are listed in NOK (or your local currency if available). The store is operated by a private individual and sales are not subject to VAT (value‑added tax). International customers may be subject to customs duties, local VAT, or import fees depending on local regulations.


8. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing time: 1–3 business days. Shipping time varies by supplier and destination. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Returns, Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

Even though the store is operated by a private individual, we choose to offer our customers a voluntary 14‑day return and satisfaction guarantee.
